The DeVry Student Portal is your primary platform as a DeVry University student. You can even access your class under “courses” in the student portal.
Following are additional resources that may be helpful for you:
1) Log into the DeVry Student Portal
Click: https://my.devry.edu/
2) Web Browser: DeVry University requires that students use Internet Explorer 9 or higher or an alternate browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (we recommend Chrome, but let us know if you have a different preference in the comments section below!). If you are using a recommended browser, and are unable to access the DeVry Portal, please take a moment to clear your cache, browser history, and restart your web browser. This should solve most problems.
3) Forgotten Password: If you forgot your password, you may be able to reset it online. To do so, click the “My DeVry” link above, and select the “Forgot your password” option under the login form. The system will walk you through changing your DeVry student password.
Keep in mind the following rules regarding your DeVry student login/password:
a) Your new password must be different than your last five passwords
b) Your password should NOT contain any part of your first or last name
c) Your new password must be at least 8 characters long but less than 32 characters long
d) Your new password must contain one of each of the following
1) Lowercase letters
2) Uppercase letters
3) Numeric digits

4) If the password reset doesn’t work, you can contact the support staff either by live chat (click the “chat now” button near the login form), or call direct at 877-784-1997, select option 1.
5) DeVry University Tech Support Hours: The home office support staff are open Sunday through Thursday until 10:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday until 9:00 p.m. (Central time zone).
